Doctors will be asked for their registration certificate, current practising licence and supporting specialist evidence where applicable.

We plan to check the submitted details against the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) register and request clarification where needed.

Annual licence renewals will require updated evidence and review. Availability on MediZoom is intended to depend on current, accepted credentials.

How will doctors be reviewed?
We plan to review registration, current practising licences and applicable specialist evidence before a doctor becomes available to patients, with ongoing licence updates. Read about the planned review process. This is not a statement of KMPDC endorsement.
